Cancellation Policy
1. Scheduling & Confirmation All consultations must be scheduled in advance through ourcreationspublishing.com. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the session, including the date, time, and call link or meeting address. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Appointments and Services You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. A full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If appointment is rescheduled 24 hours before the scheduled start time a full refund will be issued. If the appointment was canceled on the same day of the scheduled appointment there will be a refund of 50% of the payment rendered. 3. No-Show Policy If you do not attend the scheduled consultation without prior cancellation, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments. 4. Late Arrivals If you are more than15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show or shortened to fit the remaining time, without a reduction in fee. Please notify us if you are running late so we can accommodate where possible. 5. Changes & Force Majeure In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible, and we will arrange a new time that suits you. A full refund will be offered if no alternative time works. We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., technical failures, illness, natural events). A full refund will be offered if no alternative time works. 6. Agreement By booking a consultation, service, or mentorship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
