Refund Policy
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 15 days after receipt of your goods.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

Good is broken;

Good does not match description; or
-
Good does not meet the purchaser's expectations.
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

Digital Content, Courses, and Sale Items.

Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:

The services will be fully refunded if the services are cancelled at least 48 hours before the services were scheduled to be provided.

Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack your goods and attach the return label that was included in your package. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.
Services
Marketing, graphic design, and editing services will come with revisions. A refund will not be given unless there the following occurs:

There's an error or fault on Our Creations Publishing Company's end.

The wrong work was delivered.

Unable to complete the work, task, service, as efficiently as described during consultation.

If a customer is truly dissatisfied, discounts, and partial refunds will be available for discussion.

All digital products and digital downloads (all of which are labeled) are not refundable. These items are final sale.

Signed paperback, journals, planners, and any custom print products will not be refunded as the products is addressed to the reader, purchaser, and client. Product can be replaced if broken or damaged.

If the product(s) or item(s) is delivered damaged, broken, incorrect, and wrong fit/size, a refund can be requested. Email, ourcreationspublishingcompany@gmail.com with your questions and issues to discuss replacements or refund. Disclaimer: There will only be a refund if there are issues on our end.
